Comment: I have two older cats and they love Special Kitty litter from Walmart, however this kitty litter gets pretty stinky after just a use or two even though I scoop daily They are now too old to change the type of "toilet paper" they use so I make a couple of trips per year (200 miles each way) to Green Bay/Appleton to shop specifically at PetSmart for Odorzout and always end up buying lots of other products for my dog and gerbils as well. If PetSmart chooses not to carry OdorZout and I have to purchase it on-line there is no reason for me to continue making the trip and shopping for my pets 200 miles away. Comment: I have been using odorzout for my home for about 2 years. I was amazed at how well the crystals manage to trap urine odor in not just mask it with perfumes. It is especially important for me to use a deordorizer that is safe for my dogs and that won't wear off in a few hours like so many liquids available. I was recently running low on odorzout and decided to head to petsmart to buy another container and could not find any on the shelf. After asking an employee for assistance she remembered them carrying a powder based nontoxic deordorizer but that they were not anymore. I then proceeded to go to petsmarts competition namely petco to buy the product but again failed to find it. After searching on the web and finding that whole foods still carries it I guess Petsmart and Petco will simply have to do with one less customer.

Comment: Hello! I am one of those "cat ladies" who tnr's feral colonies (and often comes across abandoned tames who end up at my home until they get new homes). Of course with the revolving door of cats there are bound to be some sprayers. I tried every product on the market, literally had a HUGE box of stuff that went into a garage sale pile after I found out about OdorzOut on an email network of other crazy cat ladies. It's the most amazing stuff ever, we have recommended it to everyone who has spray issues (in other words, a lot of people). Of course PetSmart was always mentioned as the only place to get it. Imagine my distress when I couldn't find it one day. The helpful employee at the Marysville WA store led me to the close-out shelf where there was a huge container at a reduced price. Well, I have enough to last awhile but no place to send anyone else - and eventually I could need more..... The employee wasn't sure the reason it was discontinued. She said it seemed to be popular and by all accounts worked well. So, why would a store discontinue a popular product that ACTUALLY WORKS?????!!! I am probably barking up the wrong tree. There is a Petco even closer to me. They would probably be happy to carry the best product on the market!!!!

Comment: I have been a loyal customer of PetSmart for about 10 years now. As the owner of 3 cats, I have searched to find products that are natural/organic that will not harm my precious animals. Also, as a professional petsitter, I look for products I can recommend to my clients who are searching for non-toxic products as well. I finally found that answer when I discovered OdorZOut granules. My cats have not had adverse reactions to the product and I'm extremely pleased it is so pet friendly and does not use flowerly chemicals to cover up the urine smell. I have almost decided to quit using PetSmart to purchase even my cat food, because they no longer carry OdorZOut. It was brought to my attention when I last visited on Aug. 9, 2009 that PetSmart has decided to discontinue its purchase of the product. It's a shame because I've actually converted 3 people to start shopping at PetSmart as of a result of finding OdorZOut at the store. They, too, have decided just to buy food from their local grocery store or to shop at PetDepot which is closer to some than PetSmart. I suggest that PetSmart reconsider their reasons for discontinuing the product. As we move towards more natural ways of eating, taking care of ourselves and our pets, it is disappointing to see PetSmart moving backwards. Comment:I have two older cats and they love Special Kitty litter from Walmart, however this kitty litter gets pretty stinky after just a use or two even though I scoop daily They are now too old to change the type of "toilet paper" they use so I make a couple of trips per year (200 miles each way) to Green Bay/Appleton to shop specifically at PetSmart for Odorzout and always end up buying lots of other products for my dog and gerbils as well. If PetSmart chooses not to carry OdorZout and I have to purchase it on-line there is no reason for me to continue making the trip and shopping for my pets 200 miles away. Comment:I have been using odorzout for my home for about 2 years. I was amazed at how well the crystals manage to trap urine odor in not just mask it with perfumes. It is especially important for me to use a deordorizer that is safe for my dogs and that won't wear off in a few hours like so many liquids available. I was recently running low on odorzout and decided to head to petsmart to buy another container and could not find any on the shelf. After asking an employee for assistance she remembered them carrying a powder based nontoxic deordorizer but that they were not anymore. I then proceeded to go to petsmarts competition namely petco to buy the product but again failed to find it. After searching on the web and finding that whole foods still carries it I guess Petsmart and Petco will simply have to do with one less customer.

Of course with the revolving door of cats there are bound to be some sprayers. It's the most amazing stuff ever, we have recommended it to everyone who has spray issues (in other words, a lot of people). Of course PetSmart was always mentioned as the only place to get it. Imagine my distress when I couldn't find it one day. The helpful employee at the Marysville WA store led me to the close-out shelf where there was a huge container at a reduced price. Well, I have enough to last awhile but no place to send anyone else - and eventually I could need more..... The employee wasn't sure the reason it was discontinued. She said it seemed to be popular and by all accounts worked well. So, why would a store discontinue a popular product that ACTUALLY WORKS?????!!! I am probably barking up the wrong tree. Comment:I am a loyal Odorzout AND Petsmart customer. My older cats have been insistent on having a clean smelling cat box all the time, and Odorzout has been the ONLY thing to keep them happy. I usually buy 3-4 bottles at a time! This component has become so important (to eleminating them going outside the cat box), that I will follow Odorzout, and if that means I start shopping somewhere other than Petsmart, I will have to do it. PLEASE bring Odorzout back to Petsmart!! It's a huge convenience when they carry it!! Thank you.

Comment: I am a big fan of Odorzout. Enjoyed the comfort of knowing I could get it anytime at Pet Smart. I was very disappointed when I went to buy some more and found out you no longer carry it. Please put it back on your shelves. I'm sure there are many more people who want this too. Odorzout works better than anything I've tried to get pet smells from accidents on the carpet. And general odors in the house. Please bring it back.

Comment:I have been a loyal customer of PetSmart for about 10 years now. As the owner of 3 cats, I have searched to find products that are natural/organic that will not harm my precious animals. Also, as a professional petsitter, I look for products I can recommend to my clients who are searching for non-toxic products as well. I finally found that answer when I discovered OdorZOut granules. I live in an apartment that is less than 500 sq. ft and with three cats, even the best litter can start to stink despite the fact the box is cleaned every day. Since I have been using OdorZOut, my friends and relatives have commented that they can no longer smell "cat." Also, since the litter boxes are in my bedroom, I too, have noticed a difference in the smell. My cats have not had adverse reactions to the product and I'm extremely pleased it is so pet friendly and does not use flowerly chemicals to cover up the urine smell. I have almost decided to quit using PetSmart to purchase even my cat food, because they no longer carry OdorZOut. It was brought to my attention when I last visited on Aug. 9, 2009 that PetSmart has decided to discontinue its purchase of the product. It's a shame because I've actually converted 3 people to start shopping at PetSmart as of a result of finding OdorZOut at the store. They, too, have decided just to buy food from their local grocery store or to shop at PetDepot which is closer to some than PetSmart. I suggest that PetSmart reconsider their reasons for discontinuing the product. As we move towards more natural ways of eating, taking care of ourselves and our pets, it is disappointing to see PetSmart moving backwards. I will gladly reaffirm my loyalty to PetSmart should they bring back OdorZOut and other non-toxic, more natural products for our beloved, furry children. Sincerely, Kristina Coxe

Comment:I usually buy OdorZout at petsmart as supplement to cat litter to control catbox odor. I use a wheat-based litter, and it is important to me to use natural and unscented products to protect my cats' health, the environment (including the environment of my home). OdorZout has been the best product for this purpose, and now I can't get it any more! Please bring OdorZout back to petsmart! the other products they sell just don't work like OdorZout does.
